CSV Import

CSV Import is the fastest way to submit large team rosters, league orders, multi-design orders, or a high number of line items.

How it works

1. Download or open the approved LA Sublimation CSV template.
2. Enter one production item per row. Keep every required column header unchanged.
3. Add the order number, style number, art name, size, quantity, artwork link, shipping information, and any applicable custom data.
4. Save the completed sheet as a CSV file.
5. Open the Import page, upload the CSV, review the validation results, and correct any flagged rows.
6. Submit the import only after every line is accurate.

Artwork links: Use accessible links to individual design files or approved design folders. Test permissions before importing.

Keep headers unchanged: Renaming, deleting, or rearranging required headers can cause the import to fail.
