OrderDesk Integration

OrderDesk can route approved orders from supported sales channels into the LA Sublimation workflow.

Setup requirements

Before connection, confirm the source store, product identifiers, sizes, artwork URLs, personalization fields, shipping services, and return-address requirements. The LA Sublimation team will provide the approved field structure and testing process.

Testing

Submit test orders that represent your real order types, including different sizes, personalized items, multiple products, and shipping destinations. Production begins only after mapping is approved.

Do not assume an order transferred: Verify that each order appears in the LA Sublimation portal before treating it as received.
