How Do I Know When My Order Ships?

The portal updates your order when packing is complete and shipment information becomes available.

Where to look

Open the order from your dashboard or Orders page. Review the status, shipment details, and tracking information. If email notifications are enabled for your account, the designated contact may also receive a shipment notice.

Tracking delays

A carrier label may be created before the first physical scan. Allow time for the carrier to receive and scan the package before reporting a tracking issue.
