How Does Billing Work?

Standard orders are prepaid through the portal before production begins.

The portal displays product pricing, applicable quantity breaks, approved add-ons, shipping, account credit, and the order total before payment.

Payment terms are available only when approved in writing. Customers with approved terms must follow the terms shown on their account or invoice.

Approved credits are added to the customer account and can be applied according to the portal’s checkout rules.

Important: An uploaded order is not released to production until artwork and payment requirements are satisfied.
