Open the template in Adobe Illustrator and keep the panel structure intact.
Place artwork across each panel, extending backgrounds through the bleed.
Keep critical text and logos inside the safe area.
Outline fonts and verify linked images are embedded or packaged correctly.
Save the working file and export the requested production format.
Upload the file through Create Product or provide an accessible link in the CSV import.

Do not flatten production guides into the artwork: Preserve the template structure so the art team can inspect and process the file correctly.
