How Do I Submit Personalized Sports Orders?

For sports orders with different player names, numbers, sizes, or artwork, use the LA Sublimation CSV Import workflow.

How It Works

1. Open the approved LA Sublimation CSV Import file linked below.
2. Enter each personalized item on its own row.
3. Include the required information, such as style number, size, quantity, player name, number, and artwork link.
4. Make sure all artwork links or design folders are accessible.
5. Double-check all names, numbers, sizes, and artwork before submitting.
6. Upload the completed CSV through the Import page in the Production Portal.

Important: We produce directly from the information you submit, so make sure all personalization data is accurate before uploading.

Product Designer Coming Soon

We’re building a new Product Designer that will make personalized sports orders even easier.

You’ll be able to customize supported products, add player names and numbers, and prepare personalized products directly inside the LA Sublimation platform.

For supported products, this will eventually eliminate the need to use CSV Import for personalized orders.

Until then, CSV Import is the current workflow for personalized sports orders.
