LA Sublimation Portal: From Your Design to Factory Production
LA Sublimation is a California-based cut-and-sew dye-sublimation factory built for brands, distributors, team uniform businesses, and approved on-demand partners.
Our production portal connects your business directly to our factory. From one place, you can browse our product catalog, create products, submit orders, manage production, and track your orders as they move through our facility.

How to Get Started
1. Request Factory Access
Visit https://www.sublimation.la and request access to our factory.
LA Sublimation is not an open marketplace. Our team reviews each business, its production needs, and its intended use of our factory before access is granted.
2. Sign In to the LA Sublimation Portal
Once approved, sign in at:
Your portal gives you direct access to our product catalog and production system.
3. Choose Your Product
Browse 220+ production-ready styles, including:
- Sports jerseys and uniforms
- Polos
- Hoodies
- T-shirts
- Shorts
- Outerwear
- Activewear
- Swimwear
- Lifestyle apparel
- Specialty cut-and-sew products
Choose the style that best fits your project and review the available product options, templates, sizing, and specifications.
4. Create Your Product
Use the portal to create your product and submit the required artwork and production information.
Depending on the product and order type, you can provide your designs, sizing, personalization information, and other production requirements.
Review everything carefully before submitting your order.
5. Submit Your Order
Bulk and batch orders can be submitted directly through the portal.
Approved on-demand partners can also connect their businesses to our factory for ongoing individual-order production.
On-demand access is subject to approval and account setup.
6. Follow Your Order Through Production
Once your order enters production, you can follow its progress through the portal.
Your products move through our California facility:
DESIGN → PRINT → PRESS → CUT → SEW → PACK → SHIP
We handle the core manufacturing process in-house, giving our partners a direct connection to the factory producing their products.
Online Designer — Coming Soon
Our upcoming online designer will make creating custom products even easier.
As demonstrated in the video, the designer will allow customers to customize products visually, including:
- Garment panels
- Colors
- Logos
- Team branding
- Sponsor graphics
- Player names
- Player numbers
- Personalized elements
You'll also be able to preview the product as you design it, including a rotating garment view.
The designer is coming soon.
Until it launches, approved partners should continue using the existing LA Sublimation portal workflow.
Shopify Integration & Team Stores
We're also building a more connected workflow between product design, ecommerce, and factory production.
Our upcoming team store system will allow teams and organizations to create a product, launch a store, and share a link directly with players and parents.
Players and parents will be able to select their size and personalization, place their own order, and pay individually.
Those orders can then flow into LA Sublimation for production.
This removes much of the traditional order collection and coordination required when managing team uniforms.
Team stores and additional ecommerce integrations are coming soon.
Setup instructions and availability will be announced as these features launch.
Where Are LA Sublimation Products Manufactured?
Our core manufacturing operations are handled in-house at our California factory.
This includes:
Printing → Pressing → Cutting → Sewing → Packing
We're a manufacturing partner—not simply a website forwarding your orders to another factory.
Is On-Demand Production Available to Everyone?
No.
On-demand manufacturing is available to approved partners.
When requesting access, tell us about your company, business model, products, and expected order volume. Our team will determine the production setup that makes the most sense for your business.
