Working with Us

Welcome to the On-Demand Revolution.

LA Sublimation is a fully vertical, on-demand manufacturing partner specializing in full cut & sew apparel using industry-leading sublimation and direct-to-film (DTF) printing technologies. We combine innovation, scalability, and premium garment production — all powered by our integrated, real-time production platform.

Whether you’re launching a new brand or scaling an existing one, we’re here to help you design smarter, print bolder, and grow faster.

1. CREATE: Your Designs. Your Way.

Our technology gives you complete control over product design and placement. Inside your Client Portal, you can upload artwork, explore style templates, and create one-of-a-kind products with ease.

Once your styles are ready, place orders manually or automate fulfillment through Shopify integration. Your customer orders will instantly sync with our system, ready for production at our Los Angeles headquarters.

2. PRINT: Sublimation + DTF = Limitless Potential

Your artwork comes to life through two powerful printing technologies:

  • Sublimation delivers full-coverage, all-over printing for vibrant, seamless designs across the entire garment. Perfect for polyester-based apparel like activewear, streetwear, and lifestyle pieces.

  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) allows for crisp, high-detail graphics on a wide range of fabric types, especially cotton and blends. DTF uses high-opacity, stretch-resistant inks that bond securely to the garment surface through heat application, ensuring excellent wash durability and color vibrancy.

We use premium water-based inks and maintain strict quality control to ensure every print meets our high standards.

All printing is done in-house using our LA Sublimation blanks, which are designed, cut, and sewn locally for consistency and on-demand availability.

3. PRESS: High-Fidelity Fabric Transfers

For sublimation products, we begin with raw rolls of fabric. Your designs are printed and transferred to fabric panels using advanced rotary roller presses (not flat presses), ensuring:

  • Even ink saturation
  • Rich, vibrant color
  • No discoloration, banding, or blank spots

This process results in professional, retail-ready quality every time.

4. SEW: Custom Garments from Scratch

Once your panels are printed, they move through our dedicated sewing lines, where they’re expertly assembled into fully constructed garments.

Our in-house production team ensures accurate construction and alignment, delivering consistent sizing and a clean final product.

5. TRIM & FINISH: Attention to Every Detail

Each garment is finished with precision:

  • Quality control inspections
  • Trimming and steaming
  • Folding and final packing

Every piece is packed using your custom branding — with no LA Sublimation logos included in any outbound packaging or inserts.

6. FULFILLMENT: Streamlined and Brand-First

We offer simplified flat-rate shipping and easy customization of packing slips and shipping labels. Orders are shipped directly to your customer — efficiently, professionally, and always under your brand name.

With no minimums and a zero-inventory risk model, LA Sublimation makes it easy to focus on growing your business while we handle the rest.
