How do I add another brand/account?

Once you’re approved as an LA Sublimation partner, you might want to set up additional brands for other projects or ventures — and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

To get started, simply use the Create New Brand option found in your profile dropdown menu.


Since we already have some of your basic information, we’ll pre-fill those details for you as the first user and new owner of the account you’re creating. Just complete the remaining fields, and you’ll be set up in your new account within moments!



Please note, this account will use the same login as your original account but will operate completely independently. It will have its own files, billing, and fulfillment settings.

Important: LA Sublimation currently supports a 1:1 ecommerce integration model. This means one ecommerce store can only be connected to one LA Sublimation brand account, and each brand account can only integrate with one ecommerce store. If you need to connect multiple stores, you’ll need multiple LA Sublimation brand accounts. Similarly, multiple brand accounts require multiple ecommerce stores for integration.
