How do I review orders on my account?
Reviewing Orders in Your LA Sublimation Portal
There are several ways to review orders within your LA Sublimation Portal, depending on the current status of the order.
Any Order
If you have the order number you provided (for example, the Order Number assigned by your Shopify store), you can enter it into the search box at the top right of your LA Sublimation Portal at any time. This will let you check the order’s status, history, and tracking details if available.
Pending Orders
For many new accounts, initial orders may appear on the Pending Orders page in your LA Sublimation Portal’s main navigation. These orders will remain on hold until you approve them. This step ensures your first orders are received correctly and complete before production begins.
To approve and submit an order for production, select the checkbox next to the order and click the “Approve Orders” button above the list.
If you’d like orders to be automatically submitted for production, check the box labeled “Enable Auto-Approve” and set the interval you prefer for automatic submission. A longer interval allows you time to review new orders before they enter production, while a shorter interval speeds up the processing time.
Production Orders
For approved orders, you can find and track them on the Dashboard within your LA Sublimation Portal. When order volume is high, orders are grouped into “batches” based on the day they were received by the system. If you don’t remember the exact date your order was placed, you can switch your view to Order View and search through orders individually. Alternatively, if you have your order number handy, simply use the Search Order # field in the navigation to find it quickly.
Shipped Orders
Once your order has been fully produced and shipped, you can filter your dashboard to display only Shipped orders or batches. You can also search for a specific order number by entering it in the top-right search field of your portal, which will provide tracking details for shipped orders.
