How do I switch between Shipping and Will Call service?

For customers local to our Garden Grove, CA facility, you can contact us to request access to the Will Call* service. This option must be selected when creating a manual order and requires providing a contact name, email address, and phone number.

*Please note: Not all styles are eligible for Will Call.


How to Switch Between Shipping and Will Call

Plans can change, and you might need to switch between Will Call and delivery. This can be easily managed through your Client Portal.

Simply log in and enter the order number you want to modify in the top-right search field. You will then see an option to Edit Shipping. Selecting this will open a window where you can choose your preferred service—Will Call or delivery.

Certain fields must be completed to save your changes.



Please Note:

  • You only need to edit the shipping information for one item, and the change will apply to all items in that order.
  • Not all styles qualify for Will Call; if a style isn’t eligible, the option won’t appear during manual order creation or shipping edits.
  • If any items in the order are already beyond production (in Finishing, Ready to Ship, or Shipping), please email sales@sublimation.la to request the shipping change, as shipping labels will have already been generated.

    This shipping update option is available only for partners using the LA Sublimation Fulfillment system. For custom integrations, you’ll need to update shipping within your own platform and notify sales@sublimation.la
