We strongly recommend that all international shipments include a valid telephone number and email address for the recipient. This ensures carriers can make contact if additional delivery information is required.
Checking Country-Specific Guidelines
If you need current regulations for a specific destination, please visit the postal service website for that country.
This is especially important when customers choose Standard International Postal Service, where:
- The package is first shipped via USPS, and
- The destination country’s postal service completes final delivery.
For shipments sent via private carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.), please track directly through the carrier’s website:

Using Your Own Shipping Account
If you ship using your own carrier account:
- All orders must be ready to ship at the time they’re placed (no holds).

Using LA Sublimation Fulfillment
If LA Sublimation handles your fulfillment, we will prepare and include all standard international documents (Certificate of Origin and Proforma Invoice).
If you require additional documentation, you must provide it to LA Sublimation at the time of order placement.
