What Is On-Demand Production and How Is It Different?

On-demand production allows approved brands to submit individual customer orders for production and fulfillment instead of producing a full inventory run in advance.

On-demand production

Best for established e-commerce brands with consistent order flow. Orders may be submitted individually or through an approved integration. Typical on-demand production is 7–10 business days before transit.

Bulk production

Best for team orders, launches, restocks, events, and inventory purchases. Sizes and quantities are submitted together, and the portal applies the current minimums and quantity pricing at checkout. Standard bulk production is generally 10 business days before transit.

Program approval

On-demand access is reserved for qualified power sellers whose sales volume and order flow support a reliable production program. The LA Sublimation team reviews each business before enabling on-demand production or a direct integration.

Important: Production time begins after payment and production-ready artwork are received. Shipping time is additional.
