How to resolve "Missing Art File" error?

If your artwork hasn’t been uploaded correctly for a product, that product will be moved to a Missing Art queue when ordered. You can access this queue by clicking “Missing Art” in your LA Sublimation Portal.

You’ll receive an email notification whenever a product is placed in the Missing Art queue.

To resolve this issue, please follow the instructions below.

Note: Re-uploading the art file from your product view will not automatically resume production of your order.


1) LOG IN TO YOUR LA SUBLIMATION PORTAL

2) NAVIGATE TO YOUR MISSING ART PAGE

Note: These instructions apply to styles that are not auto-panel enabled. If your Missing Art files are for auto-panel enabled styles, you must first upload the correct base file to the product on your Products page before uploading it on the Missing Art page.

Once you’re on the “Missing Art” page, you’ll see all items missing design files. Locate the order you need to update and click “Upload File.”

To fix your art file, please ensure you’ve followed all preparation, export, and upload instructions:


Once your art file is corrected, simply drag and drop it into the upload dialogue box (shown below) to re-upload.

A progress bar will appear during the upload—please do not close the page until the upload is complete.

Once your file has uploaded successfully, the relevant size will be highlighted in green, and the file name will appear under “Files Added.”

Click “Complete” to finish.

Your order will be updated and automatically pushed back into production. The new artwork will apply to the correct size on your product, so you only need to upload it once per size. Be sure to follow the instructions in Step 3 if you need to update additional sizes.


3) IF YOU HAVE OTHER SIZES, RE-UPLOAD THE DESIGN FILES FOR EACH ONE USING YOUR PRODUCT VIEW


If your product has additional sizes enabled, you’ll need to upload the corresponding design files for each remaining size. If no other sizes are enabled, no further action is needed.

To upload design files for the remaining sizes, go to the “Products” page in your LA Sublimation portal.

Click “View”, next to the product you need to update.

Click “REUPLOAD”.

From this page, you can either drag and drop your corrected design files for each size or click “Browse Files…” to upload them manually.

Once uploaded successfully, your file names will appear under “Files Added”, and the corresponding sizes will be highlighted in green to confirm a correct upload.

Click “Next” to finish the process — and that’s it! You’re all set.
